Having the skills, resources and experience to rapidly interpret complex business, marketing or communications challenges I show clients how to activate their business assets and optimise opportunities in the marketplace.

I do this with passion and wisdom having worked on both the client and agency side of business. I have enjoyed extensive roles in sales, marketing and company management. I’ve presided over two Direct Marketing Associations, sat on boards, written articles, taught students and spoken to audiences in cities from Budapest to Ho Chi Minh to Dunedin.

My consultancy works with clients in the Retail, Business to Business and Business to Consumer sectors with energy and enthusiasm drawing on decades of experience across five countries and hundreds of organisations.
